Paul C. Renwick is the Broker/Owner of Renwick Realty LLC.  He has been a licensed Realtor since 1992 and earned his Broker's license in 1999.  Paul has his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designations.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and a member of the Cincinnati and Dayton MLS. OAR President's Sales Club: 1997-1999, 2002-2005, 2013.  President of the Middletown Board of Realtors 2007 and 2011; 2015 President of the newly formed Butler-Warren Association of Realtors.  Middletown Board of Realtors - Realtor of the Year 2014.  OAR District 5 Vice President for 2012 and 2013, 2014 and 2015. In March 2017, Paul was honored to receive the Director's Award for Outstanding Community Service from the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors.

Paul was born in Hillsdale, Michigan and has lived in Middletown, Ohio since 1967.  He is a graduate of Middletown High School and attended Miami University.  He and his wife Beverly have been married for 50 years and they have a son Branden, wife Lori and two grandchildren, Dylan and Anna.  They are members of the Crosspointe Church of Christ.

Bob Spicer, Sales Associate, Renwick Realty LLC.

Bob Spicer has been a licensed realtor since 1979.  He worked for Billy Hobbs for two years.  In 2005 he joined Keynote Realtors, where he was a sales associate for eleven years.  He is now with the newly formed Real Estate Office of Renwick Realty LLC.  Bob is a member of the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, National Association Board of Realtors and the Ohio Association Board of Realtors. He also belongs to both the Cincinnati and Dayton MLS.

Bob specializes in representing his clients in the purchases and sales of single family residences and income property within the cities of Middletown, Trenton, Franklin, Monroe, West Chester, Madison Township, Germantown, Butler County, and Warren County.  He keeps current of all transactions in these areas and is also very knowledgeable with the local building codes.

Bob and his wife Linda are lifelong residents of Middletown.

Angie Hurt, Sales Associate, Renwick Realty LLC.

Angie has been a licensed realtor since 2009.   She is now with the newly formed Real Estate Office of Renwick Realty LLC.  Angie is a member of the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, National Association Board of Realtors and the Ohio Association Board of Realtors. She also belongs to both the Cincinnati and Dayton MLS.

Maria has been a licensed realtor since 2003.   She is now with the Real Estate Office of Renwick Realty LLC.  Maria is a member of the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, National Association Board of Realtors and the Ohio Association Board of Realtors. She also belongs to both the Cincinnati and Dayton MLS.

Maria specializes in representing his clients in the purchases and sales of single family residences and income property. She has been licensed in several states also. Maria was the previous broker/owner of Aero City Realty in Middletown, Ohio. Maria has years of experience with any real estate needs a buyer or seller may need.
